Galvanized steel coil has corrosion resistance. Galvanization is a commonly used economical and effective rust prevention method, and about half of the world's zinc production is used in this process. Galvanized steel plate is an important type of steel anti-corrosion sheet, not only because zinc can form a dense protective layer on the surface of steel, but also because zinc has a cathodic protection effect. When the galvanized layer is damaged, it can still prevent corrosion of the ferrous base material through cathodic protection.
Galvanized steel coil have good reliability, and the galvanized layer is metallurgical bonded with the steel, becoming a part of the rigid surface. Therefore, the durability of the coating is relatively reliable.
