Hot-dip galvanizing is the reaction of molten metal with an iron substrate to produce an alloy layer, thereby combining the substrate and the plating layer. Galvanized roll production process
Hot -soaking galvanized: Immersed the steel roll into the melted zinc groove, and forms a zinc layer on the surface of the steel roller by hot -dip galvanizing. This process can form a zinc layer with uniform thickness and strong adhesion, which is the most common galvanized method.
Galvanized: Dedicated a layer of zinc on the surface of the steel roll through an electrolytic reaction. The zinc layer of the electroplating is thin, but its surface is smooth and suitable for products with higher appearance requirements.

Strong corrosion resistance: Zinc layer can effectively isolate air and water to prevent steel rust.
Good processing performance: Galvanized rolls are easy to cut, weld and form, and are suitable for various secondary processing processes.
